Logan Creek to Build 80,000 SF Warehouse at Harmon Business Park in Defiance, Ohio for APackaging Group (APG)

Defiance, Ohio –10/05/2021 – Logan Creek’s sister company, NAI Harmon Group, announced today that it represented the lease of an 80,000 SF warehouse at Harmon Business Park in Defiance, Ohio to APackaging Group (APG). Logan Creek will be the lead contractor on the project.

The spec warehouse is the first to be built at the Harmon Business Park in Defiance, Ohio. It is slated to be completed in the second half of 2022.

JobsOhio shares Harmon’s vision for Northwest Ohio and last year they began Ohio Site Inventory Program (OSIP). The goal of this program is to fill gaps in Ohio’s real estate inventory with real estate targeting near-term sector wins to ensure our state is more competitive for reactive site selection projects. Through OSIP, NAI Harmon Group received a $2.6 million loan and a $565,000 grant to aid in the project.

With over 25 years of experience and over 950 employees across the US and Asia, APG is an industry leader in packaging solutions for the cosmetic industry. With headquarters in California, the Defiance location will be their fifth location across the globe. Planning to begin operations in Defiance in Q1 of 2022, APG expects to hire 135 people and produce close to 500 million plastic dispensing pumps on 15 automated production lines.
